Over the last five years one of the most consistent teams in the NFL has been the Indianapolis Colts. In fact, last season the Colts became the first team in NFL history to win 12 games or more five seasons in a row.

That’s a remarkable accomplishment and a great tribute to the leadership of Colts G.M. Bill Polian and head coach Tony Dungy.

After a rough start this season, the Colts are winning games again. On this edition of Sports Spectrum Today, we talk with Colts assistant coach Clyde Christensen. He gives us an up-date on the Colts progress and shares how the Colts have righted the ship after a slow, injury plagued start. He also talks about the leadership he’s seen from coach Dungy during times of adversity.
