This Saturday Sports Spectrum features plenty of college football and Major League Baseball. One of the top teams in the country may be the undefeated Penn State Nittany Lions. One of the leaders of Penn State's offensive line is sophomore, Stefen Wisniewski. Stephan is the nephew of a former Pro Bowl guard for the L. A. and Oakland Raiders, Steve Wisniewski. Stephan talks about the potential for this Nittany Lions team. He also talks about student life at Penn State.

One of the more amazing stories in college football this season is the improvement of the football program at the University of Buffalo. The architect behind this remarkable turnaround is head coach Turner Gill. Buffalo was a college coach’s graveyard, but Turner has changed that. He runs his program by biblical principles and he shares his philosophy with us on Sports Spectrum.

We also take a look at the stretch run of the Major League Baseball season. Has there been a more exciting story in baseball than the Tampa Bay Rays? Many are comparing the Rays to the 1969 Miracle Mets. We talk with Rays right fielder, Gabe Gross.

We also talk about the divisional and pennant races with our baseball analyst, the former General Manager of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Kevin Malone. Kevin tells us what he thinks will happen in the season's last two weeks.

It’s an hour of football, baseball; real-life issues and faith—don’t miss the next Sports Spectrum.
