The 2008 Summer Olympic Games are about to begin and the world is focusing on Beijing. Most American fans are eager to watch the performance of the United States men's basketball team.

On this edition of Sports Spectrum Today, we talk about the USA men's team with our basketball analyst, C. J. Woollum. C. J. is the head coach at Christopher Newport University in Virginia.

Can anyone beat the United States in men's hoops? C. J. tells why he thinks this team will be special. He also takes a look back at the 1972 Summer Olympics where the U. S. received its first basketball loss. The Soviet Union won gold in one of the most controversial games in Olympic history.
