This week on Sports Spectrum, we will talk about college baseball, the NFL and the NBA. It’s the final weekend of the college sports season with the College World Series wrapping up in Omaha, Nebraska. We hear from one of the best college baseball coaches in the country, Andy Lopez from the University of Arizona. Andy's team came within one win of advancing to the World Series. They lost in the third game of the Super Regional to top ranked Miami. Andy has coached teams into the College World Series on several occasions and you’ll be encouraged by his motivation.
We’ll get a live feel for the week at Omaha from former college coach, Keith Madison, from the University of Kentucky.
There’s never an off-season for one of the NFL's busiest coaches. We gain tremendous insight on real-life issues in football with the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts, Tony Dungy.
Even though the NBA season is over, up coming week is important to the league. So what’s it like to be a possible "bubble" pick in the draft? We talk with draft hopeful, Drew Neitzel from Michigan State. Is the draft leaving him with an uncertain future?
We also take a wrap up look at the NBA season and preview the draft with one of the top beat writers in the NBA, Branson Wright from the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
It’s an hour of college baseball, football and basketball on the next Sports Spectrum.
