Today is the first day of the NCAA men's basketball tournament. On this edition of Sports Spectrum Today, we talk with long time college coach, C. J. Woollum from Christopher Newport University.  C. J. shares his thoughts on the job done by the tournament selection committee. And he helps us break down the number one seeds and some of the top storylines going into the tournament. 

C. J. also comments on some of the potential surprises and upsets. There are some who doubt the strength of Memphis a number one seed. Are those doubts justified? C. J. gives us his observations.
