The NCAA men's tournament starts tomorrow at sites around the country. On this edition of Sports Spectrum Today we talk real-life issues in coaching with the head coach at Liberty University, Ritchie McKay.

Ritchie has made a number of moves during his coaching career. He was a long time assistant and has been the head coach at Oregon State, Colorado State and New Mexico. He’s now coaching at Liberty University in Virginia. He talks about what it’s like to coach at a Christian university.

He also talks about the moves he’s made during his career and how they’ve impacted his family. It’s not easy being a college head coach. The hours are long and job security is non existent. But for Ritchie McKay, it’s more than a job, coaching is a calling.
