One of the most surprising teams in college football the last two seasons has been at Wake Forest University. In 2006 Wake Forest shocked the college football world by winning an ACC championship and playing in the Orange Bowl.
In 2007 Wake Forest earned another bowl bid and beat Connecticut in the Meineke Car Care Bowl in Charlotte.
On this edition of Sports Spectrum Today, we talk with the new defensive coordinator at Wake Forest, Brad Lambert. When a team is successful as Wake has been, other teams often come and hire assistant coaches away.
Brad shares a real-life issue and tells us how hard it is as a coach, when two of your closest friends on staff leave to take other jobs. He also talks about what re-location is like when coaches change jobs.
It’s an important and informative visit with college football coach, Brad Lambert from Wake Forest on Sports Spectrum Today.
