College Basketball

Guest: Ed Schilling
Former College & NBA Coach
Memphis, Miami of Ohio,
U Mass & Wright State

Interviewed by: Bill Houston & Doug Redford

There was excitement this past weekend in the state of Tennessee. The top ranked teams in the country, both from the Volunteer State played a great game against each other. In the state of Indiana there’s frustration and embarrassment over the forced resignation of Indiana University basketball coach, Kelvin Sampson.

Sampson resigned after being found guilty of five major NCAA violations.

On this edition of Sports Spectrum Today, we talk college basketball with former coach Ed Schilling. Ed has coached at Memphis, Miami (0), U Mass and Wright State. He now lives in Indianapolis and shares his thoughts on ethics and integrity in coaching.

He also talks about issues that assistant coaches face when they’re asked to participate in situations that are against NCAA rules.

It’s good perspective from one of our college basketball analysts, Ed Schilling on this edition of Sports Spectrum Today.
