This month's verse reads, "Search me, O God, and know my heart . . . And lead me in the way everlasting" (PSALM 139:23-24). Often, it's easier to blame others' shortcomings, but the psalmist placed the emphasis where it needs to be: "Searchme, O God." The focus should be on ourselves adn not others. Trust God to search your heart and to set your steps on "the way everlasting."
